What is CBD? 

CBD (Cannabidiol) is extracted from a cannabis plant, and the main compound found in hemp plants. CBD does not change a person's state of mind when they use it as THC in marijuana does.

What is THC? 

THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) the compound found in marijuana plants. THC is what gives marijuana its psychoactive properties or “high” effects.

Does marijuana and CBD come from the same plant? 

No, CBD and marijuana come from different plants. However, they do come from the same species of cannabis plant, cannabis sativa species. CBD is derived from hemp, while marijuana is derived from the marijuana species.

Does CBD contain THC?

CBD products must contain less than 0.3% THC to be legal according to Federal Law.

What is the difference between Full Spectrum and Broad Spectrum CBD? 

Full Spectrum has some traces of THC. CBD products must contain less than 0.3% THC to be legal according to Federal Law.

Broad Spectrum extracts has had the THC completely removed. However if your was made from a rich cannabis you could possible receive a high effect. 

Is CBD Legal? 

CBD that is extracted from hemp and contains less than 0.3% THC which is legal at the federal level in late 2018. Each state also has its own law regarding the legality of CBD and therefore the legality of CBD products can vary from state to state.

IS CBD safe for pregnant women and children? 

We are not medical professionals and cannot advise. It has been noted that some women have taken CBD while pregnant altough the FDA strongly suggest against the consumption of CBD while pregnant or breast feeding. However, please note to take CBD without your own research or physician consultation you will be consuming at your own risk. 

Although CBD has been used in hyeractive children or children with high anxiety it depends on the discretion of the household holistic values. Again, providing a child CBD will be at the risk of the parent or guardian, we are not medical professionals and cannot advise. 

How does CBD interact with other medications or herbs? 

We are not medical professionals and cannot advise. Please conduct your own research in regards to drug interaction.

Unfortunately we do not. We are a small family owned busines working in a small establishment where we handle our packaging and shipments. However,  we are continuously growing and may have a sales agent near you. Contact us at (702) 350-1058  to inquire. 

How long would it take for me to receive my order?

We work hard to get our orders out as quickly as possible at the lowest rates and shipped through the US Postal Service.

All orders are processed in 1 to 2 days and delivery takes up to 3 business days. 

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final however, we will review each situation on a case by case basis.
